DBT GROUP FOR ADULTS
DBT group is the most effective way to create a life worth living and stop misery. Participants learn lifestyle skills quickly, effectively, and with nonjudgmental support of others experiencing many of the same roadblocks. It's not a quick fix- it is designed to make lasting changes.
This is a weekly online group lasting two hours on Tuesdays from 5-7 pm. ​Participants can sign up for one unit at a time or for the full six-month course. See pricing below. ​​​
